How to Make a Cool Bullseye Tangle Drawing · Craftwhack
Here's a quick mail service nigh how to brand a bullseye tangle (Zentangle ®) drawing. It'due south more of a technique, really. It'due south and so piece of cake and is based on the idea of mandalas, but without all the mathy rules that mandalas seem to take.
I love how contained the bullseye looks with the tangling inside, and yous can go geometric or loose with your tangling inside the rings. It all looks good.
What yous Need:
- Compass
- White card stock
- Black markers sparse and thick (I used Sharpies, but you can apply Microns if yous're cooler than I am.)
Take your compass and depict a minor circle in the centre of your paper.
Draw concentric circles going out- I didn't measure mine, but you certainly can if you lot want to be precise. I drew 5 circles in all.
Become over your pencil lines with an Ultra Fine black marker (Very slowly! Exist careful!) Erase any pencil lines that are showing.
Tangle in the rings. I tried to draw a good balance of darker and lighter, looser and more geometric patterns. Fill up in any areas you want black with the fatter marker.
You are totally done. You are awesome. You lot rock. Don't you dearest piece of cake Zentangle projects?
Tips: If you don't have a compass, you lot tin can use circular objects of dissimilar sizes to describe your circles. Information technology's just a bit trickier to figure out how to describe them evenly as you lot tin't meet through bowls. I mean, I tin't. Perhaps you can.
Oh, another matter you tin do if y'all don't experience like cartoon circles right at present is print out my printable on white card stock and draw from at that place! Please utilize white carte du jour stock. It looks and holds upward so much better than manifestly sometime printer paper. Oh, whatever. I'1000 being snobby- if all you have is plain printer paper, get for it.
